The tournament’s champion is Brazil, who defeated USA 3:2 in the final match.

The Confederations Cup is football tournament for national teams, held every four years by FIFA, and usually being a prelude to the World Cup. It is contested by 8 teams: the winners of each of the six FIFA confederation championships (AFC, UEFA, CAF, CONCACAF, CONMEBOL, OFC), along with the last FIFA World Cup winner and the host nation.
